Western Section Consensus - # 2 - Overall should this be emphasized 108 The predominant character of land-use along Springmill Road should be low density residential to the west and more moderate density to the east. Is this what the amendment was intended to say - Amendment states that area should be "residential in character" 108 Eastern Section -- does not mention Commercial areas - nodes (as it does in the west) -this should be added 6 108 Concept plan rational - refers to "ultimate build-out? Is this what the committee wants or are they looking for a 5 - 10 year projection? 118 A. Land use and housing material was not updated, This is the written supporting material for the land use plan - this should be the area that the written description of the land use consensus map is detailed???? pages 118 through 123 122 1&2 do not understand why these paragraphs were left in. 123 3 refers to combination map - should determine one name for the map and refer to it the same way throughout the document 125 3 misspelled lieu 125 2 Intent - of the S-1 and S-2 areas - does the plan steering committee want to have legislative intent or make a recommendation for the revised S-1 and S-2? 125 5 ,—would prefer to explain buffering better - not only from LDR to commerbiat from different densities to the next 126 2 HDR is the only category for cluster - is this intention? 126 6 misspelled retail 127 5 It indicates several ways to buffer RCO areas from the MDR classification - does the committee only want to restrict itself to buffering between these two classifications? 128 2 PUBLIC\SEMI-PUBLIC classification - We would suggest to use similar graphics as used for the golf courses, for the public\semi- public areas - would be helpful as projects develop\rezone around these areas 128 4 L & N railroad - generally known as the MONON. 134 5 Some reference to recent rezone and current nature of the area due to Shady Brook.... "future"? 163 Should there not be some mention of Pennsylvania Road in this section? 164 1 What figure? 164 3 A "parkway classification or system" currently not addressed in the Land Use Ordinance (Subdivision or Zoning Regs.). 164 5 Space in the middle of "development"' 165 3-5 Should be mention somewhere in this section that: 1) There is no guarantee from INDOT that the intersection at 103rd and Meridian will remain open. 2) The intersection at 111th and Meridian is scheduled to be closed when an automatic traffic signal is warranted. 3) Frontage roads such as Penn. Rd. on the east and one on the west of Meridian is imperative and an intrigal element to the development of Meridian. 8 166 3 "Freeway standards" for Keystone have never been discussed by the committee. 167 4 What of the possibilities for an overpass at 146th and Meridian?
