WATER DISTRIBUTION: Domestic water service for Section Two will be provided by the City of Carmel. Section Two will require one connection point to an existing 8- inch main located just south of the intersection of Dellfield Boulevard and Pebblestone Court in Section One of the Lakes of Hazel Dell. This connection location is on the northern boundary of Section Two along Dellfield Boulevard. No connections with or crossings of Hazel Dell Parkway will be required. 2. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM: The City of Carmel will provide sanitary service for the Lakes at Hazel Dell development with service being provided from multiple locations. The north half of Section Two will be serviced by an extension of a 8-inch main to the south from an existing sanitary manhole with a 10-inch main flowing east. The remainder of the southern lots will be serviced by a 8-inch main extension from an existing sanitary manhole located on the east side of the Hazel Dell Parkway with a 36-inch gravity main outleting to the south. The main extension will require a crossing under Hazel Dell Parkway. 3. STORM SEWER SYSTEM: The storm water runoff in Section Two will be collected by swales, beehives, curb inlets and other inlet structures and routed by storm sewers to the existing lake with the final outlet being the existing storm drain in Hazel Dell Parkway.
