Re: Carmel/Clay Township Comprehensive Plan
Dear Mr. Kendall:
As you requested, we are providing with this letter the current draft of the
Comprehensive Plan Update Amendment. A bound copy and a loose-leaf copy (for
3-ring notebook) are enclosed. (Note that appendices have not changed in
this draft and are not included.)
As you know from your attendance at recent city council meetings, minor
revisions continue to be made to some exhibits. Enclosed is a full-size copy
of Exhibit X.7 as presented to the City of Carmel on June 24. This exhibit
has been modified to show the proposed west parallel collector roadway at the
center of the U.S. 31 overlay zone, 300 feet from the U.S. 31 right-of-way.
An identical change will be made to Figure X.8 prior to printing.
These materials are provided as a courtesy and are current to this date. Our
ordinary procedure is to provide the Department of Community Development with
all updated material to insure a consistency for distribution and review.
We hope you find this information useful.
Very truly yours,
HOWARD NEEDLES TAMMEN & BERGENDOFF
