Mayors Compact to Combat August 16-17 Worked with City staff to register the Hate, Extremism, and Bigotry Mayor as a signatory of the Mayors Compact to Combat Hate,Extremism,and Bigotry, which was established by the US Conference of Mayors and the Anti- Defamation League in response to Charlottesville; HHS Opioid Webinar August 9 Participated in Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) webinar on the opioid webinar that focused on data, prevention strategies, and resources for localities; August 16 Participated in part two of the HHS webinar on opioids, which expanded on prevention strategies and provided additional resources for local jurisdictions;
