The undersigned, SAFCO Inc., by Richard Fisher, owner of the
real estate shown and described herein, does hereby lay off,
plat and subdivide in accordance with the within plat. The
restrictions, limitations and covenants are recorded in
Instrument #---__-_-_-__ and are hereby imposed and
sholl run with the land contained in such plat.
