of Indiana, hereby certify that the within plat represents a
survey and subdivision of part of the East Half of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 18 North, Range 3
East in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, described as
follows:
Beginning on the East line of the Northeast Quarter at a
point 1433.74 feet South 00 degrees 25 minutes 49 seconds
West (assumed bearing) from the Northeast corner of said
Northeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 25 minutes 49
seconds West on said East line 998.73 feet to the Northeast
corner of real estate described on page 119 of Deed Record
247 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana; thence North 89 degrees 34 minutes 38 seconds West
on the North line of said real estate 660.03 feet to the
Northwesterly corner of said real estate being on the
Northerly prolongation of the East line of LOT #76 in
CROSSFIELD'S SUBDIVISION, a subdivision in Hamilton County,
Indiana, the Secondary Plat of which is recorded on pages 69
through 74 of Plot Book 15 in said Recorder's Office; thence
South 00 degrees 25 minutes 22 seconds West on the Westerly
line of said real estate, measured parallel with the East
line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 32 and on said
Northerly prolongation of the East line of said LOT #76, a
distance of 26.57 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said
LOT #76; thence North 89 degrees 34 minutes 56 seconds West

feet to the West line of the East Half of said Northeast

consecutively from Block A though Block H, together with
Streets, all as shown on the within plat. The size of the
Lots and the Blocks and the width of the street rights-of-way
is shown in figures denoting feet and decimal parts thereof.
