NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Town Plan Commission on
the 6th day of September, 1966, at 7:30 P. M. , Eastern Standard Time, at
the Town Hall, 130 First Avenue, S. W. , Carmel, Indiana, will hold a public
hearing on the petition, as amended, of Keystone Square Company, Docket
No. 10-66Z, which petition proposes to amend the zoning ordinance of the

Town of Carmel, Indiana, a part of the Master Plan of said Town and
adjoining areas under the jurisdiction of said Plan Commission. The
proposed amendment is as follows:
Amended Parcel #1 - proposed to be reclassified from the
Rnl and R-2 Residence Districts to the R-4 Residence
District.
(Description)
Beginning at a point in the North line of the South Half of
Section 31, T 18 N, R 4 E, 600 feet East of the Northwest
corner of said One Half of Section 31 ; thence North 33 feet;
thence East parallel to the North line of said Soutn Half of
Section 31, 653. 5 feet; thence South 33 feet; thence East
along the said North line of the South Half of Section 31,
2458. 9 feet to the West right-of-way line of North Keystone
Avenue; thence Southerly along said West right-of-way line
of North Keystone Avenue, 726 feet, more or less; thence
West parallel to the North line of said South Half of Section
31, and 726 feet South thereof, 3000 feet, more or less,
to a point 600 feet East of the West line of said Section 31 ;
thence North 726 feet to the place of beginning, containing
50. 90 acres, more or less.
Interested persons desiring to present their views on the proposed
amendment will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above time and
placed.
