3. Provide a credit for using I IDPE pipe, and end sections instead of concrete
4. Additional days will he added to this contract due to unsuitable site
conditions. The contractor is entitled to 50 additional days due to weather, and
unsuitable site conditions.

Change Order Description: Geogrid, Compacted Acrcrrecrate. and Common Excavation for Sub rade
Treatment
After a proof roll of the existing subgrade it was determined that Geogrid,
Compacted Aggregate, and Common Excavation will be required in order to
stabilize the subgrade. This work will cost an additional $39,274.20 to
complete.
Required Quantities For Geogrid:
STA 28+00 to 51+50 = 1,200 SYS (Regular Strength)
STA 52+00 to 62+29 = 1,100 SYS (BX 1200 or Equal)
HMA Transfer Machine for Placement of Surface and Base
An HMA Transfer Machine will be used to place materials for the trail in
order to provide a lower loading on the compacted aggregate. This will
provide a better trail by not placing a high loaded weight on the base
material. This work will cost an additional $29,929.90 to complete.
Credit for Use of HDPE Pipe
The contractor has provided a credit in order to use HDPE pipe in place
of the concrete pipe specified.
