CONSTRUCTION NOTES, TH15 SHEET:
1. 4" concrete slab w/42# w.w. mesh & 6 mil. vapor barrier over 6" granular
base over well compacted subgrade. Hold down top of wall 8" and carry
slab through as Shown.
2. Concrete elevator pit walls w/ #4 0 12" o.c. each way.
3. 12" deep x 24" wide concrete footing w/ (2) #5 cont. on undisturbed
earth.
4. Min. 18" granular backfill over drain tile.
5. Drain tile, see Site Plan.
6. Foundation waterproofing.
7. Sump pump pit, coordinate size and location w/ elevator manufacturer.
Coordinate piping with manufacturer.
