Arrived to start up Boiler#1. After installing the new temperature controller,
found the gas& air controller bad. It kept locking out on internal fault. Installed
a new control and set the combustion up on the methane gas. Finished wiring
and proofing new temperature controller. Will return to set up on natural gas
and place boiler back on line.

Fired the boiler up on natural gas and set the combustion with the Flue Gas
Analyzer.Tried to leave the boiler on line but proof of closer switch on the new
gas valve failed to close when the gas valve was shut.Tapped on the end
switch and the burner then started up. Will need to replace the switch to make
the burner dependable.
