The applicant seeks approval to modify commitments made in association with a prior use variance
approval for a car inventory parking lot:
1. Docket No. 17080003 CA – Commitment amendment to allow for parking lot lighting. The site is
located at approximately 9624 Day Drive and is zoned S-2/Residence. Filed by Filed Paul Reis & Kevin
