Gray Road Carmel, IN 46074 Carmel, IN 46033 Work Description Arrived onsite. I looked at a couple heaters while onsite. First unit would light then go out. I pulled the pilot assembly out and cleaned it. Put it back, and fired off the unit. The second unit I looked at was in a very tight place. It did not have a pressure switch, it was missing. I went and picked one up. Installed the pressure switch. The unit was not sparking. The module had power but was not sparking. I picked up the proper module and installed. Unit sparking, but the severely rusted pilot assembly is rusted close and not allowing gas through to light the pilot. I will return Monday to make final repairs. Picked up pilot assembly. Arrived onsite. Removed old rusted pilot assembly. Installed new pilot assembly. Had to install a ground wire to make a common for the gas valve. Restored power. Checked operations. Cycled several times.
