Sidewalks should be provided on 126th St. along platted lots. T assume sehnol
children will cross to south side of road and walk west on vet to be constructed
walks and then cross again to the north.
Peculiar problems presented by project (if any) Was 12" storm pipe between lot
72 & 73 intended to be .18"? Separate drawing shodis proposed relocation of
legal drains and lake -and associated drainage, which is to be approved by the
Hamilton Cty. drainage board. Basic approach meets with my approval.
Plans for expansion of facilities or services (if any) Lot 57 looks as if
it might be .ltrickyf to build on. Should get report from IDNR as to any.
requirements for drainage easements along Cool Creek ( lots 50, 51 , 52, 53, 5l ,
57, & 58)
Additional comments: Storm sewer line between lots 53 & 54 should be extended
to rear property line ane erosion control provided at all out falls.
Site distances and grades should comply with Carmel requirements and other
accepted design standards"for 30 mph design speeds on streets: Street lighting
should be considered, there are now problems in Brookshire.
