Filed by John Kyle. - Bob Ruckregal, Dick Shinar, David Crain and Mr. Kyle were present for the petitioner. Kyle stated this is a Blue Beard, Inc., Seafood Shops franchise. Kyle stated the petitioner shall plan proper drainage and will fill in where necessary. Shiner stated this is a unique style family restaurant and no cocktails will be serve'. The building will be 52 ' x 34' and constri..iction will be of concrete block with wood panels and a metal roof. The building will face toward the East. There will be 51 parking spaces. The business will be open from 10:30 A. M. to 10:00 P.M., Sunday through Thursday ani 10:30 A. M. to 11 :00 P. M. on Saturday. They are open seven days a week and will only close on Christmas. Filed by Lumber Mart. Bill Hughey, Mickey Slosson, Allen Weihe and Allen Day were present for the petitioe. They stated there will be 185 lots on the 98 acres. Business is planned on an 8 acre tract. Density will be less than two lots to the acre and these will be larger and more expensive type homes. The streets and. cul-de-sac are filed on a Variance of 26' . Any through streets will be standard. The residents will have a membership to the swimming pool and the golf c )urse. The builders will cooperate on the resurfacing of Gray Road. JACK MCKOWN; R.R. # 1 , BOX 43 (on Gray Road), asked what number apartment units are planned. A. The density will be seven to the acre and all will be rental units. Petitioner stated the lake will be adjacent to a private ditch and will collect the drain-off water. Assigned to the Subdivision Committee. 5B. Commission to consider Special r.'rception Application for two professional o'fice buildings to be located approximately 132.1 feet east of Keystone Avenue on 96th Street. Filed by Dr. Frank Hapak and Dr. Ralph McDowell. John Kyle and 'bug Floyd and Dr. McDowell were present for the application and showed elevation plans and stated the petitioner will construct LaSalle Road for access to their property. The building will be Colonial in style. The Drs. have already been contacted by three dentists, an opthomologist, a dental lab, psychiatrist, a medical lab and pedodontist and optician. Alan Weihe will design the drainage and will have a plan for the entire area. Referred to the Industrial and Commercial. Connittee for report at the Marc; Plan Commission meeting. 5B. He stated the building will be brick veneer and will be on the W side of Range Line Road. S of the Morgan Pharmacy area.
