Disposal area is to be at the rear of the NW corner of the building in an enclosed area. YORK moved the application for Architectural Design and Lighting be approved as corrected. SWIFT seconded and the motion passed with the unanimous vote of Aye cast by the seventeen members present. 3A. Commission to consider Architectural Design and Lighting for retail stores, located in Keystone Square Shopping Center at 2190-98 East 116th Street. Referred to Industrial and Commercial for report at March meeting, was tabled for thirty days. Filed by Tom Barnes, 4A. Commission to consider Architectural Design and Lighting for retail stores, located in Keystone Square Shopping Cneter at 2184-88 East 116th Street. Referred to Industrial and Commercial Committee for report in march, was tabled for thirty days. Filed by Tom Barnes. Barnes made the presentation stating there are to be no changes in the 2190 hu.ildjng. The roof line is being changed on the 2184 building. He stated they will remove only five trees. Industrial and Commercial Committee reported the 2190 building will have no additional lighting, two disposal areas will be on the rear of the N and S sides. The building will be soft brick and suggested the basement be moved to the center of the building. The 2184 building will be an extension of the rest of the center with the same Architectural Design with lighting under the canopy. Carriage lights will be added to accent the area. YORK moved Item #3A., the Architectural Design and Lighting for the 2190-98 building be approved as corrected and submitted. WHEELER seconded and the motion passed with the unanimous vote of Aye cast by the seventeen members present. WHEELER seconded and the motion passed with the unanimous vote of Aye cast by the seventeen members present. 7A. Commission to consider Preliminary Plat Application for Brookshire North. Public Hearing held February 1974, tabled in March. Referred to Subdivision Committee. Petitioner requested application to be tabled for thirty days pending County Drainage approval. Filed by Lumber Mart. Tabled pending County Drainage report. 8A. Commission to consider Preliminary Plat Application for Briarwood Subdivision located NS Gray Road and Smokey Row Road, containing approximately thirty five lots on 52.90 acres. Public Hearing held February 1974, referred to the Subdivision Committee for a report at the March meeting. Plan Commission reassigned to the Subdivision Committee for revisions and a report at the April meeting. Filed by m & N Joint Venture. Bill Moore and Joe Webb were present for the petitioner and stated this project is the average type single family residence situated on acre lots. The President read the Building Commissioner's report dated April 16, 1974 and a copy was placed in the Briarwood file. Corrected prints are in the permanent. file. Subdivision Committee report of March 14, 1974 was read by the President.
