Arm # 1 of Arm #1 of the legal drain is to be relocated ad- jacent to and west of Gray Road in a proposed drainage, and utility easement and discharging into the proposed retention pond. We concur with this relocation. Arm #1 of the legal drain south of 131st Street is to be re- located through a proposed storm sewer system for Brookshire North. North. This proposed storm sewer system will eta subsurface water from the area north of 131st,‘.0,,Gre, and west of Gray Road. This storm sewer system has nol.. to take care of the surface water of the respective subsurface area. It will be necessary for any_ developmentof tile area north of 131st Street and west of Gray Road ovide an out- let for their surface water. This developmentpsfiould not be permitted in the future to discharge directly into the proposed storm sewer system of Brookshire North. This should be so noted. The proposed retention pond has been designated to take care of the surface water east of Gray Road and south of 131st Street. It is our understanding that these property owners wilApartici pate in cost of the proposed retention pond. Very goo . '' ' Page Two , 3Y . a,cod Hob 1- July 9 , 1..974 . The ea.cit "()i1 of t h? The minimum lot frontage at the r/w line is fifty feet. 2 . At the presentation of the first final plat, a complete lay out of the entire subdivision will be presented, showing all sections on one development plan. Therefore, the remaining sections would not need to report to the Subdivision Committee, providing the remaining sections are built according to the approved development plan. In the event that the develo Ter would want to change the remaining sections, a replat or preliminary plat would be required and a repeat of Plan Commission procedures. 3. Items number 3, 5, 6 and 8 in the Subdivision report of May 15, 1974 (enclosed) will pertain to all subdivisions. There may possibly be some additions or revisions in the future.
