Refer to the report submitted for the preliminary plat for soil conditions and comments at that time. =INDINGS: This is a very complete set of construction plans. Details are shown for sanitary sewers, storm sewers, erosion control strictures for outletting storm sewers, subsurface drains, flood plain, etc. There was one area of concern, and that is the outletting of the storm sewer between lots 36 and 37 into the roadside iitch along 126th Street. The plan shows a lower invert elevation of the storm sewer of 782.8 and an approximate elevation of 767 at Cool Creek. This is a 15 foot drop. This was discussed with the = -. ' -_- ... ., . . - . -, - -oadside ditch is paved part way. He is going to review this site and submit plans to either pipe or pave the area above the paved ditch. They have submitted the plans to Indiana Division of Natural Resources, Division of Water for approval . Swales will be constructed and seeded at the time the road cuts are made. Swales seeded to 10 pounds of red top, 10 pounds bluegrass, and 10 pounds creeping red rescue per acre.
