Rohl spelled out the specifications of building the decel lane and the drainage methods. Petitioner stated he will use car stops, the revenant on the decel lane will be as the city requires, the 15" pipe under the driveway will be taken care of as specified and he 411 see that thejog in the drain pipe is taken care of. Litzsiiger asked the petitioner if he would commit himself to not building until the water, jog in drain line and lowering of pipe was co?nitted to. Petitioner's representative stated he would meet with Hufford concerning the condition of 131st Street and Gray Road. There will be no dusk to dawn lights as there will be street lights. Ragan stated that the easements for the street lights need to be shown on the plat. There was discussion on the need of sidewalks along 131st Street and Gray Road. Petitioner's representative stated that if sidewalks were put in on 131st Street they would 'be behind the homes as the homes do not face 131st Street. Wheeler moved that Brookshire North, Section 3, final plat applicsAon, be approved subject to 1.) an agreement with the Hamilton County Engineer and petitioner as to the maintenance of Gray Road and 131st Street during construction of the plat and also final construction of the road after plat is completely constructed and 2.) subject to vote taken at later date regarding sidewalks along 131st Street and Gray Road.
