We offer the following: 1. The District requires a 20 foot easement along the centerline of the sewers. -In lieu -of ' this, the general utility and drainage easement, as noted on the drawings, will have to be written, giving th District priorit orurisdiction over any other utilit The purpose is p oect the District in the case where he sewer needs to be dug up in the future. The other alternative would be to place the sewer within the street right-of-way. 2 . The pipe bedding detail will need to be reviewed to show the use of Number 8 stone from D/4 to 6-inch minimum beneath the pipe to 12-inches above the pipe. 3 . All regular manhole castings should be Neenah R1642 or equal. Mr. Dennis Grumpp March 26, 1990 Page 2 Attached is a photocopy of the sewer specifications from a recently approved set of plan. Drainage structures for Shelborne Road are needed. 2. Gutter drainage for Carwinion Way crosses Trewithen Lane intersection. 3. Drainage easement needed for lakes. 4 . A connecting structure is needed between the lakes. 5. Soils map on the plans is requested. 6. An existing drainage ditch is not shown on the plans or topo.
