HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes Subdivision Committee 10-01-91 SUBDIVISION-COMMITTEE MINUTES October 11991 COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Henry Blackwell, Henrietta Lamb, Judi Jacobs, Tom Welch, Caroline Bainbridge STAFF PRESENT: Dave Cunningham Mr. Blackwell called the subdivision committee meeting to order and introduced the first item. Item 1. Docket No. 26-91 PP -Hamilton Business Park Primary Plat Remains tabled at TAC. Item 2. Docket No. 29-91 PP -Hamilton Center Primary Plat Remains tabled at TAC. Item 3. Docket No. 46-91 SP-Bethenridge Secondary Plat Petitioners present: Mark Boyce Mr. Boyce presented the secondary plat to the committee. He then stated that there have been no changes since the approval of the Primary Plat and all requirements of the Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinance have been met. Mr. Nelson stated that all of the Technical Advisory Committee comments either have been addressed or agreed to. Mrs. Lamb asked if the concerns of the property owner to the south have been addressed. Mr. Boyce stated that he believes that C. P. Morgan has done all they can to resolve their concerns short of not developing the site. There was brief discussion regarding the TAC comments and there resolution. Mr. Blackwell asked if there were any other questions from the committee; if not he would entertain a motion to approve. Motion: To approve Docket No. 46-91 SP, Secondary Plat application for Bethenridge as submitted. Docket No. 47-91 SP -Ashbrooke Section 2 Secondary Plat Petitioners present: Ursel Cox, Dave Sexton Mr. Cox located the proposed plat by referencing a map of adjoining properties. He further stated that this application is a secondary plat for Ashbrooke Section 2. Property is zoned S-1 and the plat as shown conforms with the primary plat as approved, the Subdivision Control Ordinance and the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Cox requests approval of the plat as submitted. Mr. Blackwell asked if there were any other questions from the committee; if not he would entertain a motion to approve. Motion: To approve Docket No. 47-91 SP, Secondary Plat application for Ashbrooke Section 2 as submitted. Henrietta Lamb Second: Judi Jacobs Action: Approved, 5-0 • Item 5. Docket No. 48-91 SP & 49-91 SP -Woodfield Sections 7B & 7C, respectfully. Petitioners present: Stan Neal, John Edwards Staff indicated that if and when the Committee made a motion for approval of these petitions, that separate motions and votes would be needed. Mr. Neal located the proposed plat by referencing a map of adjoining properties. He further stated that this application is a secondary plat for Woodfield Section 7B & 7C. Property is zoned S-1 and the plat as shown conforms with the primary plat as approved, the Subdivision Control Ordinance and the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Neal would answer any questions and would request approval of the plat as submitted. Mr. Blackwell asked if the TAC concerns had been addressed. Mr. Neal stated that the TAC concerns had been agreed to and incorporated into the plans. Judi Jacobs Second: Henrietta Lamb Action: Approved, 5-0 Motion: To approve Docket No. 49-91 SP, Secondary Plat application for Woodfield Section 7C as submitted. Caroline Bainbridge Second: Judi Jacobs Action: Approved, 5-0 Item 6. Docket No. 50-91 SP & 51-91 SP -Woodgate Sections 7A& 7B, respectfully.
