Re: Windemere Sections 3 & 4 & 5 Secondary Plats
Dear Dennis,
Upon review of your submitted materials, I have found the following items will need to
be addressed:
Sections 3 & 4 & 5
- 2 copies of the legal description (8 1/2" x 11") for each section
- Registered Surveyor's signature, seal and date needs to be added to the plat
- source of title needs to be added
- Final Copy of covenants
- Statement from County Highway on conditions of existing adjoining roads and
recommendation for there improvement
-Misc. or anything pertinent to proposed project.
The above comments need to be addressed and updated plans submitted to our office by
February 22, 1994, to assure our office time to review your proposed subdivision.

Reapproval of Secondary Plats
Gentlemen:
Enclosed are copies of the plats of the above-referenced subdivision. You should have the
construction plans in your files.
These sections of Windemere were approved by DOCD on February 2, 1993; however, since the
plats have not been recorded within a year of that date, a reapproval is required.
DOCD has requested a statement from the County Highway Department "on the condition of
existing adjoining roads and recommendation for their improvement". I believe you will find that
the improvements required previously have been completed.
Please send DOCD a letter regarding their request with a copy to me. If you have any questions,
please call me at 577-3403.
