being on the northern right-of-way of Cherry Creek Boulevard and a point on a curve concave southerly, the radius point of
said curve being South 24 degrees 13 minutes 39 seconds West 480.02 feet from said point; the following three (3) courses
being along the boundary of said The Overlook at the Legacy, Section Two and said Cherry Creek Boulevard right-of-way;
(1) westerly along said curve 202.98 feet to the point of tangency of said curve, said point being North 00 degrees 00 minutes

said point; (2) northwesterly along said curve 171.13 feet to a point on said curve, said point being North 24 degrees 26
minutes 18 seconds East 282.19 feet from the radius point of said curve, said point also being the place of beginning,
containing 6.878 acres, more or less, subject to all legal easements and rights-of-way of reward.

plat was given approval by the City of Carmel as follows:

This Plat was approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Carmel, Indiana, at a meeting held on the
day of ,2017.
The undersigned, Keith Lash, Vice President of CalAtlantic Homes of Indiana, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as successor by merger of RH of Indiana, LP, an Indiana limited
partnership, affidavit recorded as Instrument Number 2015057300 in the Office of the Recorder for Hamilton County, Indiana. and being the Owners of the real estate shown
and described herein, do hereby lay off, plat and subdivide said real estate in accordance with the within plat.
The subdivision shall be known and designated as The Prairie at The Legacy a subdivision in Hamilton County, Indiana.
Front and side yard building setback lines are hereby established as shown on this plat, between which lines and the property lines of the street there shall be erected or
maintained no building or structure.
Identified on this final plat are strips of ground designated as easements. These are identified in the legend and reserved for drainage and utilities and the installation of water
and sewer mains, poles, ducts, lines and wires, subject at all times to the proper authorities and to the easement herein reserved. No permanent or other structures are to be
