The applicant seeks administrative construction plans approval for a mix of 10 attached and detached
dwelling units on 2.4 acres. The site is located at approximately 1141 E. 106th Street and is zoned R-

The applicant seeks secondary plat and construction plans approvals for 40 lots on 20.3 acres. The site is
