Dear Mr. Jordan:
Enclosed please find the revised Primary Plat which was revised in accordance with your
comments per your email on September 18, 2017. Those comments were addressed as
follows:
1. a. Approximate pipe sizes have been added.
b. Detailed sub-surface drain information will be shown on Construction
Plans.
c. Approximate flood protection grades have been added to lots adjacent to
the proposed retention pond.
d. The approximate top-of-bank elevation and location has been shown.
e. No portion of the site is within a floodway.
f. No portions of the site will be flooded by the closest floodway.
g. The retention pond will be one (1) of the two (2) required BMP’s. The
second BMP has yet to be determined.
h. Included with submittal.
i. Included with submittal.
j. Included with submittal.
2. Information shown on the Cover Sheet.
3. The current zoning is shown on the Cover Sheet.
4. A 50’ half right-of-way for 126th Street (City Center Drive) is shown on the
plans.
5. Road widths have been added as requested.

6. Storm lines throughout the project have been revised, including lines along
Street A.
7. Elevations are in 1988 NAVD and the topographic map is based on NAD83.
8. Understood. Further detail to accommodate this requirement will be looked at
during Construction Plans.
9. Private streets have been labeled.
10. Pavement cross-sections have been added as requested.
11. There will be no direct discharge.
