COUNCIL CHAMBERS/CITY HALL/ONE CIVIC SQUARE MEMBERS PRESENT Council President Sue Finkam, Council Members Kevin D. Rider, H. Bruce Kimball, Laura D. Campbell, Ronald E. Carter, Anthony Green, Jeff Worrell and Deputy Clerk Jacob Quinn were in attendance. Council President Finkam called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m. Council President Finkam led the Council in the Pledge of Allegiance OLD BUSINESS Council President Finkam announced Resolution CC -08-21-17-02; A Resolution of the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, Approving a Transfer of Funds From the 2017 Carmel Council Budget, Administration Budget, Street Department Budget, and Carmel Clerk Treasurer's Budget to the 2017 Carmel Mayor's Office Budget. Sent to the Finance, Utilities and Rules Committee (8/28/17 Meeting Date). Councilor Rider announced that this item is returning from the Finance, Utilities and Rules Committee with a positive recommendation. Council President Finkam passed the gavel to Councilor Campbell. Council President Finkam moved to amend Resolution CC -08-21-17-02 by inserting Version A in whole and striking the transfer of $100,000 from the Police Budget and inserting $92,900 from the City Council Budget and $7,100 from the Clerk Treasurer's Budget. Councilor Rider seconded. There was no Council discussion. Councilor Campbell called for the vote. The motion to amend was approved 7-0. Council President Finkam moved to approve Resolution CC -08-21-17-02 As Amended. Councilor Rider seconded. There was no council discussion. Councilor Campbell called for the vote.
