Home My WebLink AboutCC-04-17-17-03 Transfers from the CRC Cash Fund to the Gift FundSPONSOR: Councilor Worrell RESOLUTION CC 04-17-17-03 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, APPROVING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE 2017 CARMEL REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BUDGET Synopsis: Transfers $6,225.00 from the Carmel Redevelopment Cash Fund #902 into the Carmel Redevelopment Commission Gift Fund #855 within the 2017 Carmel Redevelopment Commission Budget. WHEREAS, prior to the establishment of the Carmel Redevelopment Commission Gift Fund, the CRC received gifts totaling Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($6,225.00). The gifts were given to the CRC with the intent to pay for meals for the CRC Commissioners at CRC meetings; and WHEREAS, the CRC Gift Fund was recently established by the Common Council, and the money given to the CRC as gifts may now be transferred into it. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, that the Clerk -Treasurer is authorized to transfer funds within the Carmel Redevelopment Commission 2017 Budget as follows: Carmel Redevelopment Commission Cash Fund (#902) —$6,225.00 INTO Carmel Redevelopment Commission Gift Fund (#855) —$6,225..00 CC 04-17-17-03 Page One of Two Pages This Resolution was prepared by Jon A.
