Per the City of Carmel Communications request, Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. proposes two
additional pay items be added to the job.
Replace existing handhole with 36 inch Diameter hand hole 1 Lump Sum $6,820.00
Re -Configure Service Point for Fiber Rack 1 Lump Sum $935.00
Totallncrease $7,755.00
The total value of the anticipated contract adjustment is $7,755.00. Any restoration required to be
performed by Rieth-Riley Construction will need to be done on a Time and Material Basis.
