The basis for this request is per Technical Specification 2 which indicates $1,000 per day incentive (Capped at 15 days) will be paid for each day prior to Contract Substantial Completion the project meets the substantial completion requirements. The Contract Substantial Completion date per Change Order 001 is July 15`h Rieth-Riley opened the intersection on June 28`h. This equates to 17 days. Please call with any questions.
