(Green Pastures is a part of Lots 29 and 30 in Orin Jessup Land Company's Baby Tract Addition to Homeplace, recorded in Deed Record 110, pages 8-10). Said monuments were found on the West line of said subdivision. It is this surveyor's professional opinion that the uncertainty in the lines of the surveyed tract due to the variances in reference monuments is +/- 0.2 foot. The North line of the surveyed tract was made parallel with the South tine of said Green Pastures Subdivision. The surveyed West line was made parallel with the West line of said Green Pastures. The record descriptions for the adjoining real estate were obtained from the Hamilton County Recorder's Office and mathematically retraced in an effort to disclose possible gaps and/or overlaps between the lines of the surveyed tract and those of the ad joiners. It is this surveyor's professional opinion that there are no uncertainties in the tines of the surveyed real estate and those of the adjoiners due to discrepancies in the record descriptions. At the time the survey was completed, physical evidence of the lines of the surveyed tract consisted of the following; 1.) A chain link fence was located +/- 0.5 foot South of the surveyed South line. 2J A one inch diameter iron pipe was located +/- 0.6 foot South of the surveyed North line near the Southwest corner of the North adjoiner, Robin Lot #2O4 3,) A two inch diameter iron pipe was located +/- 1.5 feet South and +/- 2.1 feet East of the surveyed Northeast Lexington Farms corner. is 1.7' E & Section Eight 4.) Two Five -eights inch diameter rebars were located +/- 0.5 S of IPS Instr. #92 1%907 foot South and +/- 1.7 feet East and +/- 0.2 foot South and +/- 1.1 feet East of the surveyed Northeast corner. ' Hottow Pipe found .1' E & 1.5' S of IPS Attention is called to the fact that the platted West dine of the surveyed tract falls in the travelled way of Approx. Prop. Line Cornell Street. The plat of Meek Subdivision shows Cornett Street platted at 25 feet. The North adjoiner (Lot 31 in said Baby Tracts Addition) calls Cornett Street as a 50 feet VanMeter wide street. There may be rights of the public to that portion of Lot 10 which falls in the paved portion of said Lot #203 Cornell Street. This possibility was not researched by Weihe Engineers, Inc.
