LANDLORD REQUIRES ALL TENANT WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY LANDLORD'S PREFERRED
SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR AT TENANT'S EXPENSE.

SPRINKLER SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE LAYOUT DRAWINGS AND ALL REQUIRED
MALL AND AGENCY APPROVALS AS PART OF THE WORK.
ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TO NFPA AS WELL AS ANY OTHER APPLICABLE CODES.
PLANS MUST BE SUBMITTED WHICH VERIFY THAT THE FIRE SPRINKLER PROTECTION IS
STILL ADEQUATE AFTER REMODEL, AND COMPLIES WITH UBC STANDARDS 38-1 (UBC 3801)
AND OTHER APPLICABLE CODES AS A MINIMUM. SUBMIT SPRINKLER SYSTEM DRAWINGS
AND SPECIFICATIONS.
WATER FURNISHED BY ANY WATER UTILITY FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION OR FOR DOMESTIC
USE SHALL BE OF SUCH QUALITY AS WILL HAVE THE APPROVAL, OR COMPLY WITH THE
REQUIREMENTS, OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES WITHIN THE DISTRIBUTION PIPE SYSTEMS SHALL BE ADEQUATELY
PROTECTED AGAINST POLLUTION FROM BACKSIPHONAGE OR CROSS CONNECTIONS WITH
OTHER SYSTEMS ON TENANT'S PROPERTY BY PROPER INSTALLATION OF PROTECTIVE
DEVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. SUCH
PROTECTIVE DEVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED AT THE COST AND EXPENSE
OF THE TENANT, SUBJECT HOWEVER, TO THE INSPECTION TEST AND APPROVAL OF THE
