VARIOUS GOVERNING AGENCIES SOMETIMES INTERPRET CODES, LAWS AND ORDINANCES DIFFERENTLY. THESE AGENCIES HAVE JURISDICTION TO REQUIRE CHANGES IN DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION. ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE DESIGN MAY NECESSITATE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. 3.
