1, the undersigned, a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Indiana, do hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge, information and
belief, the within plat represents a Retracement survey made under my supervision in accordance with 865 IAC 1-12.
In accordance with Title 865, Article 1.1, Chapter 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code, the following observations and opinions are submitted
regarding the "UNCERTAINTY" in the position of the lines and corners established on this survey as a result of uncertainties and/or ambiguities from:
Property Address: 1128 Lourelvlood
Property Description: Lot 28 il; Laurelwood as per plat thereof recorded as Instr. #89-11586, in Plat Cabinet 1, Slide 28, in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, indiona.
In accordance with Title 865, Article 1.1, Chapter 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code, the following observations and opinions are submitted
regarding the "UNCERTAINTY" in the position of the lines and corners established on this survey as a result of uncertainties and/or ambiguities from:
(A) Availability and condition of referenced monuments:
The lines and corners of the surveyed property were marked based on street centerline monuments called for on the record subdivision plat.
Existing Lot corner monuments were found and verified as shown.
The maximum uncertainty associated with such monumentation is 0.25 feet.
(B) Occupation or possession lines:
The uncertainty associated with possession lines is 0 feet.
(C) Clarity or ambiguity of the record description used or adjoiner's descriptions, or both:
The uncertainty associated with record descriptions and/or discrepancies on the record subdivision is 0 feet.
(D) The theoretical uncertainty of measurement:

The "TU" of the corners of these parcels are within the requirements for a Class "B" ("TU" _
uncertainty of measurement is the radius of a circle which circumscribes an area containing the probable true location of a specified point as

Notes:
1.) The within described tract of land does not lie within that Special Flood Hazard Zone "A" as said tract plots by scale on Community Panel Number
18057 C 0216 F of the Flood Insurance --Rate Maps for Carmel, Indiana, (map dated 2/19/03).
2.) This survey prepared without benefit of a current land title commitment and is subject to review of such document.
