Pursuant to 9.07 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the Department of Community Services made the following
administrative action regarding the request of Site Plan and Design Review (SDR) in Old Town for the property located at
140 3rd St NW:
APPROVED: The Planning/Zoning Department approved the revised, attached site plan and exterior architectural building
elevations for a new 2-story house with attached 2-car garage. (Please note that the secondary plat for Mulberry
Lane still needs to be finalized and recorded.)
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for building permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
