Project Requirements for Landlord:
1. Tenant and Tenant Contractor and all subcontractors shall follow the
requirements as stated in the Tenant Manual as well as all codes and
ordinances for city, state and federal jurisdictions.
2. General contractor must contact Landlord and supply a copy of their
certificate of insurance, and copies of any and all permits, BEFORE they start
work in the premises. The certificate must include “Ramco-Gershenson
Properties LP” and “Ramco-Gershenson, Inc.” listed as additional insured.
3. Provide contractor Information including site superintendent name and cell
phone
4. Provide a construction schedule, including but not limited to start date and
proposed completion date
5. Requests for a Landlord's response shall be notified a minimum of 24 hours’
notice. This includes but not limited to fire alarm testing, access to mechanical
rooms, etc.
6. Tenant or Tenant Architect is to provide Landlord with a PDF & CAD copy
of the permitted set of plans with all revisions at completion of project.

3. COORDINATE THE WORK OF EACH TRADE
4. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AT THE
JOBSITE. NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY DEVIATIONS FROM THOSE
CONDITIONS AS THEY ARE NOTED ON THE DRAWINGS.
5. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND SCHEDULE ALL
WORK WITH THE OWNER.
6. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
ALL STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING CODES AND GOVERNMENTAL
REGULATORY AGENCIES.
7. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS - PROJECT
DATA AND SAMPLES TO OWNER / ARCHITECT FOR APPROVAL PRIOR
TO FABRICATION OF ALL MILLWORK AND WALL FINISHES.
8. DO NOT SCALE ANY DRAWINGS. ANY DIMENSIONS ARE TO BE
OBTAINED FROM THE ARCHITECT IF NOT NOTED ON THE DRAWINGS.
9. ALL WALL DIMENSION ARE TO C.L. OF FRAMING or FACE OF FINISH.
10. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP ONE SET OF PLANS AT THE
JOBSITE FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF RECORDING ACTUAL
CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS. SUCH PROJECT RECORD-DOCUMENTS
SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE OWNER UPON COMPLETION OF THE
PROJECT.
11. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY SIZE, LOCATION, AND
CHARACTERISTICS OF ALL WORK AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY THE
OWNER OR OTHERS WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER PRIOR TO
THE START OF WORK.
12. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL SEE THAT ALL SUBCONTRACTORS
RECEIVE COMPLETE WORKING DRAWINGS AND ASSUME FULL
RESPONSIBILITY FOR COORDINATION OF WORK.
13. PROVIDE MISCELLANEOUS SUPPORTS FOR ALL CEILING AND WALL
SUPPORTED ITEMS.
14. ALL SLAB CONTROL JOINTS TO BE CLEANED & CAULKED PRIOR TO
PLACEMENT OF FLOOR FINISH.
15. FLOOR SHALL BE CLEAN, SMOOTH, AND LEVELED FOR INSTALLED OF
NEW FLOOR FINISHES. FIELD VERIFY EXISTING CONDITIONS.
16. LOCATE NEW DOORS 4" FROM SIDE OF WALL.
17. ALL WALLS SHALL EXTEND TO BOTTOM OF DECK U.N.O.
18. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF ARCHITECT

LANDLORD DEMO NOTES:
1. Dumpster to be located behind Tenant space and the area around the
dumpster must be kept clean daily. Any fines from the municipality will be
passed onto the Tenant.
2. All dumpsters must be placed on 2x or plywood blocking
3. All loud and disruptive construction noise is to be done on adjoining Tenants’
off hours. Construction noise shall not be disruptive to Tenants or Patrons of the
