General contractor must contact Landlord and supply a copy of their certificate of insurance, and copies of any and all permits, BEFORE they start work in the premises. The certificate must include “Ramco-Gershenson Properties LP” and “Ramco-Gershenson, Inc.” listed as additional insured. 3. Provide contractor Information including site superintendent name and cell phone 4. Provide a construction schedule, including but not limited to start date and proposed completion date 5. Requests for a Landlord's response shall be notified a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This includes but not limited to fire alarm testing, access to mechanical rooms, etc. 6. Tenant or Tenant Architect is to provide Landlord with a PDF & CAD copy of the permitted set of plans with all revisions at completion of project.
