CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS BNR AJE OLIVER'S TWIST LIFE SAFETY & CODE SUMMARY PROJECT SUMMARY This project is a new tenant improvement project known as Oliver's Twist occupying 822 square feet of the 2nd floor of an existing Shell and Core project known as Carmel City Center. Oliver's Twist is a Group M occupancy, and the construction type is II-A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth. The Oliver's Twist tenant is a Mercantile Occupancy providing a retail source selling stationary and gifts.
