GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, INSURANCE, PROTECTION AND OTHER RELATED SERVICE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ALL DEMOLITION WORK FOR THE TENANT IMPROVEMENTS.
