DESCRIPTION OF WORK COVERED BY THIS DIRECTIVE CHANGE: Addition of fifty five (55) lineal
feet of four rail treated timber protective fencing for subtle multi -use path protection for pedestrian users from
unwanted interaction with Clay Creek. Twenty five (25) feet will go south of the new structure, and thirty feet
(30) north of the new structure. All work to be in accordance with the 2016 Indiana Department of
Transportation specifications and standard drawings under section 603.00. All materials to be in accordance
with the same sections, as well as any requirements listed in section 911.
REASON FOR THIS ORDER: Added Pedestrian Access Route (PAR) protection
AUTHORIZATION:
THIS WORK DIRECTIVE CHANGE AUTHORIZES THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS OUTLINED.
A Contract Change Order in the amount of $ 10,112.94 will be issued to you in the near future to cover
this Work Directive Change.
