construction. Partitions shall extend from the floor to the underside of the
floor, roof deck above, or tight ceiling. Doors shall be self-closing or
automatic -closing upon detection of smoke. Air-transferopenings shall be
provided with smoke dampers. Duct work does not need to be dampered.
