DEMOLISH EXISTING FLOOR FINISHES DOWN TO EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB. FILLALL CRACKS AND HOLES WITH CONCRETE PATCHING MATERIAL. B. REFER TO MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS FOR REMOVALOF MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL ITEMS. C. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF ALL EXISTING SURFACES, MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, ETC. TO REMAIN, SLAVAGED OR BE RELOCATED.
