I have obtained the temporary permit for the sewer lateral cap. That is going to be done by the contractor that does the
demo the day of the demo to cut down on two mobilization fees.
Is it going to be possible to get this permit immediately after we cap the line so we are in compliance? Or what else do
you see that we need to obtain this demo permit?

I don’t find a 10601 E. 106th Street, Carmel. When I pull it up in the Hamilton Co GIS it takes me to 106th & Haverstick, is
that the correct location?
I don’t find that address is any of our records, so if that is the correct address I guess Vectren does not need anything as
it appears we do not service gas to them.
