MAY ACQUIRE SUBCONTRACTORS TO PERFORM SOME SEGMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT.

THAT NEITHER IS ENTIRE WITHOUT THE OTHER. THE K.E.C. SHOULD NOT SUBMIT BIDS,
