WILL FURNISH ALL WORKERS, MATERIALS, AND ASSISTANCE REQUIRED FOR THE FAULT CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR ANY RECEPTACLE WITHIN 5'-0" [60"] OF A SINK. 12. E.C. TO FURNISH AND INSTALL GROUND FAULT RECEPTACLE OR FURNISH GROUND BREAKER SIZE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. E.C. TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER 11. THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS. 1. ALL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AND CONNECTION PLANS AND DETAILS. A. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE K.E.C. INCLUDE: CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WITH THE G.C./C.M. LIABILITY FOR OVER-ALL INSTALLATION, SCHEDULING, DELIVERIES, COORDINATION OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR [G.C.] OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER [C.M.] HAS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR MAY ACQUIRE SUBCONTRACTORS TO PERFORM SOME SEGMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT. DISTRIBUTING, AND SITUATING ALL ITEMS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. THE K.E.C. THE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT CONTRACTOR IS THE PARTY LIABLE FOR FURNISHING KITCHEN EQUIPMENT CONTRACTOR [K.E.C.] DEFINITIONS 4. FIX ANY DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF THIS INSTALLATION. 5. WALL REINFORCING OR BACKING REQUIRED FOR WALL MOUNTED EQUIPMENT. 3. VACUUM BREAKERS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE PLUMBER, EXCEPT FOR DISPOSER 2. WATER, WASTE, GAS, AND STEAM SERVICES TO THE FIXTURES, INCLUDING SHUT-OFF 1. ELECTRIC SERVICES, INCLUDING WIRING AND FINAL CONNECTIONS TO FIXTURES. 6. CLEAN AND READY EQUIPMENT FOR OPERATION BY THE TIME THE PROJECT IS 8. WALL PENETRATIONS AND SLEEVES. 6. MASONRY BASES FOR EQUIPMENT. ASSEMBLIES, HOSE REELS, AND AS SPECIFIED. VALVES, TRIM, TRAPS, AND FINAL CONNECTIONS TO THE FIXTURES. 5. REMOVE ALL WASTE RESULTING FROM THIS INSTALLATION. 9. ROOF MOUNT RAILS OR PITCH POCKETS FOR REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT. 7. ROOFCUTS AND FLASHING. WORK NOT INCLUDED TURNED OVER TO THE OWNER. FOR INSTALLATION. THIS ALSO INCLUDES WELDED SLEEVES, COLLARS, FERRULES, 3. CUT HOLE IN EQUIPMENT FOR PIPES, DRAINS, ELECTRIC OUTLETS, ETC. AS NEEDED 2. PINPOINT WALL REINFORCEMENT OR BACKING, TO BE FURNISHED BY THE G.C. 1. FURNISH STANDS AND/OR SUPPORTS FOR ALL EQUIPMENT NEEDING THEM [AS AND/OR ESCUTCHEONS. SPECIFIED] 13. ALL FLASHING MATERIAL TO BUILDING TO BE DONE BY G.C. I.E. ADJACENT WALK-IN 12. ANY NON-FOOD SERVICE ROUGH-IN REQUIREMENTS I.E. CONVENIENCE OUTLETS, 11. ANY EXISTING EQUIPMENT AND/OR OWNER FURNISHED EQUIPMENT MUST BE 16. WATER, GAS AND ELECTRICAL SIZING REQUIREMENTS. 15. THAT NEITHER IS ENTIRE WITHOUT THE OTHER. THE K.E.C. SHOULD NOT SUBMIT BIDS, SCOPE AND CONDITIONS COMPLIANCE WITH ALL STATE AND LOCAL CODES.
