Provide Interior Architectural Woodwork. 1) Standing and running trim. 2) Crown Molding as selected by architect/owner and confirmed by CM. 3) Casework and countertop supports. 4) Shelving. 5) Mechanical closet closure panels 1.2 SUBMITTALS A. Submit product data, samples, mockup of each type. PART 2 – PRODUCTS 2.1 Interior Standing and Running Trim: A. All “wet” areas to receive paint grade pine in lieu of MDF B. Crown Molding: Profile: C23A ¾” x 4-5/8” C. Door Casing: (1x4) with eased edge D. Base Molding: Profile: H5C ¾” x 5-3/16” E. Window Sill: (1x6) with eased edge F. Window Stool Trim: Profile: H69D 5/8” x 2” G. Substitutions: Products with similar design characteristics may be considered at the discretion of the Construction Manager, owner or architect . 2.2 Shelving: Refer shelving schedule per individual unit. A. Closet poles: Wood with intermediate supports. B. Closet Shelving: a. MDF shelf above wood pole b. (5) MDF shelves C. Open cabinet shelving in casework run to match casework. Match unit finish schedule for casework finish. 2.3 Mechanical closet access panels A. See 07/A401 for details pertaining to this installation B. Final panel material selection by owner / Construction Manager. a. Assume 36” x 96” MDF panel b. Install EAM-375 33” long Aluminum Z clip 6” below and 6” above mechanical closet opening on back of panel. c. Install 1/4” x 2” neoprene closure at edge of mechanical closet opening to prevent return air from entering closet from corridor. Omit this step when closet is in interior of unit. d. CNC apartment numbers in 6” tall letters, stacked vertically, 3” above bottom edge and 3” from edge of panel closet to door. Submit font type and create mock-up for typical unit. e. Shop paint to match specified trim color in corridors. f. Install with 1/2” reveal from base trim. Add matching head trim at corridor ceiling with similar reveal. END OF SECTION
