THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND SCHEDULE ALL WORK WITH THE OWNER. 4. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING CODES AND GOVERNMENTAL REGULATORY AGENCIES. 5. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS - PROJECT DATA AND SAMPLES TO OWNER / ARCHITECT FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO FABRICATION OF ALL MILLWORK AND WALL FINISHES. 6. DO NOT SCALE ANY DRAWINGS.
