Reviewed By:________________ Date: ______________ ELS 3/22/18 Landlord Notes: Tenant must update existing storefront awnings and signage to ensure that the branding is consistent with Anthony Vince. No evidence of previous Justice look may remain. Repair storefront as necessary. Landlord does not guarantee any representation or dimensions shown on these drawings. Tenant has or will have the premises surveyed to assure accuracy with the dimensions per the Lease Tenant to clarify requirements with regard to sprinkler work The Tenant's General Contractor is required to schedule a pre-construction meeting with the Mall Operations Director to review Landlord and Mall specific requirements. Tenant's General Contractor is responsible for coordinating with existing Mall Tenants in which work will affect their premises. The Mall Operations Director should be notified of all agreements and correspondences. Tenant's General Contractor shall coordinate with the Mall Operations Director on any disconnection of equipment that may disrupt building operations two weeks prior in order to make accommodating arrangements. Tenants must submit a color rendering of the proposed storefront inclusive of all fixtures that will be placed in the storefront. All roof work needs to be performed by Landlord's required roofing contractor at Tenant's expense. Submit sign company shop drawings for Landlord review and approval prior to the erection of any Tenant signage. Tenant shall submit a drawing of the barricade graphic to the Landlord for review and approval Tenant to indicate all items on the floor plans such as cash wraps and other casework.
