CONTRACTION. ALL PIPING SHALL BE CONCEALED EXCEPT IN UNFINISHED SPACES.

WITH CONNECTION t0 THE ON-SITE SANITARY DRAINAGE SYSTEMS. SANITARY
DRAINAGE PIPING ABOVE PVC IF ALLOWED BY LOCAL CODES. ALL DRAINAGE PIPING
SHALL BE UNIFORMLY PiTCHED, 1/4' PER FOOT UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY
EXISTING CONDITIONS, OR INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS.
PLASTIC VENT SYSTEMS IN RETURN AIR PLENLM ARE ALLOWED. VENT SYSTEMS SHALL
BE CARRIED THROUGH THE ROOF WITH APPROPRIATE FLASHING.
STORM SEWER PIPING: PROVIDE ALL DRAINS AND SEWERS WITHIN THE BUILDING WITH
CONNECTION TO THE ON-SITE STORM SEWER SYSTEMS. STORM SELLER PIPING ABOVE
FLOOR AND STORM SEILER PIPING BELOW GRADE SHALL BE PVC IF ALLOWED BY
LOCAL CODES. ALL STORM SEWER PIPING SHALL BE REQUIRED BY UNIFORMLY
PITCHED, 1/4' PER FOOT UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY EXISTING CONDITIONS, OR
INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS.
CONDENSATE AND INDIRECT DRAIN PIPING: PROVIDE PVC TUBING
CLEANOUTS: PROVIDE CLEANOUTS AT ENDS OF EACH HORIZONTAL RLN, AND AT BASE
OF ALL VERTICAL WASTE AND DRAM PIPES. CLEANOUTS SHALL BE OF SAME SIZE AS
PIPES THEY SERVE, CONFORMING TO CODE REQUIREMENTS. PROVIDE SUITABLE WALL
OR FLOOR CLEANOUTS WITH ACCESSORIES TO OBSCURE P1001 VIEW.
WATER DISTRIBUTION PIPING: HOT AND COLD WATER PIPING SHALL BE 1/2' MINIMUM,
TYPE L COPPER TUBING WITH WROUGHT COPPER FITTINGS AND SWEAT CONNECTIONS.
PROVIDE WATER HAMMER ARRESTERS AT EACH FIXTURE OR GROUP OF FIXTURES AS
REQUIRED. INSTALL CHROME PLATED GRASS ESCUTCHEON PLATES AT ALL
PENETRATIONS THROUGH FINISHED SURFACES (INCLUDING CABINET INTERIORS). USE TM
ANTIMONY SOLDER 95/5 FOR ALL SWEAT FITTINGS OF COPPER PIPING.
