The applicant seeks approval to rezone approximately 30.15 acres to the MC/Meridian Corridor zoning
district, with the intent to develop the site into a campus like setting with multiple buildings and parking
garages. The site is currently zoned S-2/Single Family Residential & PUD (Parkwood West PUD – Z-
359-01). It is located at the northwest & northeast corner of 96th St. and Spring Mill Rd. Filed by Jim
Shinaver and Jon Dobosiewicz of Nelson & Frankenberger on behalf of the owner, Ambrose Parkwood
West II, LLC.
