SECTION 11 45 20 – APPLIANCES
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.1 SUMMARY
A. Obtain owner-furnished specifications from CM for requested appliance
package by unit.
B. Provide kitchen area appliance:
1) Ranges, electric.
2) Range hoods, re-circulating type.
3) Cooktops, electric.
4) Refrigerators.
5) Microwave ovens.
6) Dishwashers.
C. Provide laundry area appliances.
1) Washing machines.
2) Dryers, electric.
3) Stackable washer/dryer units.
4) Dryer vents, (refer MEP).
1.2 SUBMITTALS
A. Submit product data, warranty, and maintenance data.
PART 2 – PRODUCTS
2.1 Products: As selected by Owner,
PART 3 – INSTALLATION
3.1 Comply with requirements of Section 01000 - Project Requirements.
