FAMILY DWELLING CODE.
2. ALL EXTERIOR STUD WALLS ARE DIMENSIONED AS 4" TO FACE OF
EXTERIOR SHEATHING.
3. ALL PLATES CONTACTING CONCRETE SHALL BE PRESSURE TREATED.
4. NEW GARAGE ADDITION SHALL BE DRYWALL FINISHED. EXTERIOR
WALLS & CEILING SHALL BE INSULATED.
5. ALL STRUCTURAL WOOD COMPONENTS SHALL BE SUPPLIED & SIZED
BY MATERIAL SUPPLIER TO MEET CODE AND LOAD CONDITIONS.
