Temporary erosion control practices include: a. 10 foot seeding strip behind curbs. b. silt pit in swales. C. silt sump/straw bales around inlets. d. temporary seeding in future development areas. The construction plans will reference to the "Urban Development Planning Guide" for such items as seeding mixture, silt pit sizes and locations, sump construction. Erosion control maintenance during and after construction and other concerns. GENERAL NOTES 1. All storm pipe to be reinforced concrete pipe unless otherwise noted. 2. All onsite gravity sanitary sewer to be 8' in dia. (min.) unless otherwise noted. 3. All lots will have access to subsurface storm drain system or a pond. 4. Lots with double frontage shall have their access points from only one street frontage. S. Water main sizes and locations to be approved by Carmel Utilities 6. Limited Common Area as shown on the plan will be maintained by the Homeowners Association.
